How I Got Rid of the Acid Reflux Pain
I created this site for all the people who are dealing with Acid Reflux pain and who haven’t gotten any permanent relief from antacids or prescription drugs. I know what you are going through because I used to go through the same exact thing.
I suffered from Acid Reflux for many years and try most prescription drugs. In my case, the pain was so bad that I had to ask my doctor for some pain killers so that I could get some sleep.
However, after trying most of the prescription drugs available and getting no permanent result, my doctor told me that I had to get used to it.
Of course, I refused to living a life in which Acid reflux pain was the norm and in which I could not even spend quality time with my children. I knew I had to do something about it.
I spent the next months looking for a search online. I found a few sites that helped me a lot. However, none offer me permanent relief.
Eventually, I came across a website that explained in clear terms why the Acid Reflux pain happens and what you can do to get rid of it. Since it was all natural and I didn’t have anything to loose, I decided to give it a try.
The method works in reducing the Acid Reflux pain by eating meals in a way that helps your body digest the food better. You only need to follow a few easy-to-understand instructions.
Another positive thing about this method is that you can keep eating most of the food that you love eating. You just need to be more aware how you combine those foods.
In this site, you are going to find some the information that helped me turn my health and my life around. I hope you find this information useful.
You can visit this other site if you want to get a better understanding on how the method works.

Main Rules to Deal with Acid Reflux Pain
Previously, I told you about using food combining as a way to deal with acid reflux chest pain. This time, I am going to tell you about the simple rules based on food combining that can help you get rid of the acid reflux pain for good.
First, make sure no to combine foods that are rich in carbohydrates such as rice, pasta or potatoes with foods that are rich in proteins such as meats and other dairy products. This is the most important rule because both types of foods require two different types of enzymes in order to be digested by the body.
These two different enzymes neutralize each other when they are present at the same time. When this happens the body then needs to release extra amounts of both alkaline and acidic enzymes in the stomach. Of course the more acidic enzymes in the stomach, the larger the chances of experiencing acid reflux and pain.
This the main reason why you most likely feel the acid reflux pain after eating a hamburger with fries (meat is a protein and the fries are a carbohydrates) or pizza (the cheese is protein and dough is a carbohydrate.)
The best thing you can do to get rid of the acid reflux stomach pain is to mix either type of foods with some green vegetables. Green vegetables are great because they are very easily digested by the stomach due to their high content in water.
Another thing to remember is to not drink fluids when eating or even right after. When you mix the drink with the enzymes in the stomach, the enzymes get dissolved in the liquid and they loose their strength. To make up for the loss in strength, the body then needs to release additional enzymes (acidic and alkaline) to digest the food. As you can understand, the more acidic enzymes in your body, the more chances you will have of having to deal with acid reflux and chest pain.
Finally, make sure you chew your food properly. The stomach will need to release extra enzymes to process big chunks of foods. If you chew the food properly, the stomach will not need to release such large number of enzymes to the body reducing the chances of you feeling any acid reflux pain.
